A Cake for a Quinceañera

Quinceañera (pronounced keen-seh-ahnyeh-ra) is a Latin American celebration that occurs on a girl's fifteenth birthday to mark her coming into adulthood. The celebration involves going to church, a big party (at a different location), and a ceremony of the girl trading her flats for heels, further marking her entrance into womanhood.
