Teaching Social Behavior
Concepts like sharing and taking turns can be difficult to grasp for a student with ASD. Sharing is a social behavior that requires the ability to interpret the actions of others, to respect ownership, and to co-operate with others. A visual reminder can help children with ASD to understand what is expected in a situation that involves sharing, giving, or taking turns.
